2005-2008 Wisconsin Comprehensive HIV Prevention Guide
The Guide is a comprehensive resource that serves as a handbook for the provision of HIV prevention services. Included in the Guide are epidemiologic data; challenges, successes, and suggested approaches for reaching target populations; each type of intervention and their scientific basis; and resources for further information. The Guide also chronicles the past years of community planning and includes the guiding principles and goals of the community planning. 2005-2008 Wisconsin Comprehensive HIV Prevention Plan
The Plan is a concise, multi-year document that reflects the most current approaches utilized nationally and in Wisconsin, to reduce the transmission of HIV within priority populations. The plan explains the "Prevent, Test, Link, and Treat" model developed to reduce HIV transmission and ensure comprehensive services for HIV positive individuals in Wisconsin.

2006 Addendum to the 2005-2008 Wisconsin Comprehensive HIV Prevention Plan
The 2006 Addendum supplements the 2005-2008 Wisconsin Comprehensive HIV Prevention Plan and contains updated information on the Prevention Planning Council's areas of focus; Wisconsin's Prevent, Test, Link, Treat model; epidemiologic data through 2004; and methamphetamine use and the HIV epidemic.
